Waters Reaches 200 Titles in Chicago
Anna Leigh Waters notched her 200th PPA Tour title at the Veolia Chicago Cup. The milestone adds to a run of career achievements for the young superstar. Waters reflected on the accomplishment, calling it “a crazy ride.” Of her 200 titles, 66 have come alongside Ben Johns in mixed doubles, including the title she won Sunday morning.
Bellamy Claims First 2026 Title
Roscoe Bellamy powered past Haworth to win his first title of 2026 and the second of his career on the PPA Tour. Waters also earned the Triple Crown with the Chicago result. Bellamy will look to repeat this week’s success when he competes at next week’s event in Virginia Beach.
Women’s Doubles Gold on the Line Again
Sunday’s women’s doubles final pits Tyra Black and Catherine Parenteau against Anna Leigh Waters and Anna Bright for gold. It marks the second time in two weeks that the two teams have met in the championship match.
